Written proof of this examination must be submitted to Wonderland’s Boujie Kennels (WBK) prior to any refund, replacement, or guarantee consideration.

    30-Day Insurance Activation Requirement

WBK provides a complimentary thirty (30)-day pet insurance policy, which must be activated by the Buyer before the Dog leaves WBK property.
Failure to activate the insurance prior to departure voids all rights under the initial three (3)-day health warranty and may void future guarantee coverage.
Proof of insurance activation may be required by WBK for any claim.

    Public Exposure Warning (Disease Exclusion)

Puppies that are not fully vaccinated and are at a high risk for contagious and potentially life-threatening diseases, including but not limited to parvovirus, distemper, leptospirosis, kennel cough, and similar infections.

    • Groomers

    • Boarding facilities

    Initial 3-Day Full Refund

If the Initial Check-Up identifies a life-altering congenital or genetic disease that significantly affects the Dog’s long-term health or lifespan, WBK will issue a Full Refund of the Purchase Price (minus deposit and delivery fees), upon return of the Dog within 3 days. The buyer must submit a written veterinary report within the same 3-day window. All veterinary costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Conditions Not Covered in the Initial Period

No refunds shall be issued for any of the following circumstances: parasites (including fleas, ticks, or intestinal worms); stress-related conditions; vaccine reactions; illnesses resulting from public exposure; illnesses caused by failure to properly activate or maintain required insurance coverage; injuries; environmental factors; buyer’s remorse; dissatisfaction with or rejection of the dog; or allergies. These conditions do not qualify for a refund at any stage and are not covered outside the initial health guarantee period, if applicable.

  •  Three-Year Limited Health Guarantee

Wonderland’s Boujie Kennels (WBK) provides a three-year limited health guarantee covering life-altering genetic diseases, hip dysplasia, and elbow dysplasia confirmed through OFA diagnostics.

    A. Buyer Requirements for 50% Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a fifty percent (50%) refund of the original purchase price, the Buyer must maintain both of the following for the full three (3) years:

     • Feed Brothers Dog Food

    • Use NuVet supplements with WBK’s breeder code

If both requirements are met and a life-altering genetic disease, life altering hip dysplasia, or elbow dysplasia is confirmed, the Buyer will receive a 50% refund of the purchase price, excluding training, transport, and delivery fees.
The Dog does not need to be returned to receive this refund.

    B. If Requirements Are Not Met

If the above requirements are not maintained, the Buyer is eligible for a replacement Dog of equal value, when available.
No refund will be issued under this option.

    Guarantee Void Conditions

This three-year guarantee will be void if any of the following occur:
    • Over-exercise or high-impact activity before eighteen (18) to twenty-four (24) months of age

    • The Dog becomes overweight or is improperly fed

    • Vaccinations are administered contrary to WBK’s guidelines

    • Injury, trauma, or environmental factors contribute to the condition

    • Neglect or failure to follow recommended preventative care

For the lifetime of the Dog, WBK will provide a Replacement Puppy of equal value for any severe, life-altering inherited genetic condition, upon return of the original Dog.

No monetary refund is offered for lifetime conditions.

This guarantee does not cover hips or elbows beyond 3 years, and is limited strictly to congenital or inherited genetic defects—not environmentally or medically induced conditions.

  •  Vaccination Requirements to Maintain Health Guarantee

To remain eligible under the Health Guarantee:
    • The Leptospirosis (Lepto) vaccine must not be administered before six (6) months of age.

    • After completion of puppy boosters, Rabies, must be administered on a three-year schedule only.

  •  Behavior & Rehoming Policy

Wonderland’s Boujie Kennels (WBK) makes no guarantees regarding any specific behavioral, temperament, or psychological traits of the Dog. The Buyer acknowledges and assumes all responsibility and risk related to the Dog’s ongoing behavioral development after purchase.

WBK strongly recommends continued obedience training and consistent handling for all Dogs; however, WBK does not guarantee the results of any training program once the Dog leaves our care. When training has been completed by WBK, videos and written guidance are provided to demonstrate the Dog’s training level and to help the Buyer continue successfully with the same methods. The Buyer is solely responsible for proper socialization, continued training, daily management, and ongoing care of the Dog.

All trained puppies are sold without a trial period. Refunds based on training level, behavior, or temperament are not permitted unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in this contract.

     Rehoming Requirement

If the Dog must ever be rehomed for any reason, the Buyer agrees to notify WBK immediately.
The Dog must be returned to WBK unless WBK and the Buyer mutually agree in writing to an alternative, approved placement.
Under no circumstances may the Dog be surrendered, sold, gifted, or transferred to any animal shelter, rescue organization, pet adoption group, puppy mill, or any unauthorized third party.
Because WBK is listed as a secondary contact on the Dog’s microchip and is committed to accepting the Dog back at any time, WBK reserves the right to pursue legal action and reclaim the Dog—at the Buyer’s expense—if the Dog is found in a shelter, rescue, or any placement not approved in writing by WBK.

  • Spay / Neuter Requirement (Pet Contracts Only)

Dogs sold under a pet contract must be spayed or neutered between sixteen (16) and twenty-four (24) months of age.

Failure to comply with this required timeframe may alter or void portions of the Health Guarantee as outlined below.

Early Spay / Neuter (Before 16 Months)

If the Dog is spayed or neutered prior to sixteen (16) months of age, Wonderland’s Boujie Kennels’ (WBK) entire Health Guarantee—including hip, elbow, genetic, refund, and replacement provisions—shall be void.

    • Increased anxiety or behavioral concerns

  • Entire Agreement; this Agreement constitutes the complete and final understanding between the Buyer and Wonderland’s Boujie Kennels (WBK) regarding the Dog and all matters addressed herein. No verbal promises, prior discussions, or external agreements shall modify this Agreement unless made in writing and signed by both parties. This Agreement supersedes all previous agreements on the same subject.

    Mandatory Communication & Cooperation Clause

The Buyer agrees that any concern, question, dispute, health claim, behavioral issue, or matter related to this Agreement or the Dog must be promptly communicated to WBK.

The Buyer must provide WBK with:

    Timely notice of any issue
Veterinary records, photos, videos, or documentation as reasonably requested
Accurate and honest information regarding the Dog’s condition or behavior
A good-faith opportunity for WBK to discuss, review, and help resolve the concern

No refund, replacement, or Health Guarantee claim will be considered unless the Buyer has first communicated the issue directly with WBK and allowed WBK reasonable time to respond and assist.

Failure to communicate with WBK regarding any alleged issue may result in the claim being denied.

WBK agrees to respond in good faith, maintain open communication, and work with the Buyer to reach an appropriate and fair resolution based on the terms of this Agreement.
