Remark:
1. Booking will not be confirmed until confirmation has been received.
2. Seat will be confirmed by email upon full payment of the event fee on a first-come first-served basis.
3. All bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable. We will guarantee your seat upon your booking, thus payment is required even if you cannot attend the event after all.
4. If guest has any dietary requirements, please give at least two-week advanced notice by email to info@hkstla.org.
5. Application is subject to Organizers’s approval. Organizers reserves the right to reject any application in any circumstances and for whatever reasons.
6. Applicants are expected to attend the event at the place and time specified in the brochure unless otherwise notified.

8. Should there be adverse weather condition (i.e. amber rainstorm or above and/or typhoon signal no. 8 or above is/are announced by Hong Kong Observatory), Organizers would contact the participants for any contingent arrangement.
9. Travel Insurance is not included. Participants are strongly advised to purchase own insurance before commencement of the event. The Event Organizer will not be responsible for any loss and/or damage, expense, injury or death whatsoever including but not limited to such arising, occurring, suffered or sustained directly or indirectly from any of the following during or in connection with the event.
10. The related activity photos may be posted by Organizers in ther website, newspaper, newsletter, journal, magazine or other media use (including broadcast or publication).
11. The personal data and other related information provided in the application form will be used by the Association for dealing with the application for participating in this Event and other related purposes. The provision of personal data and other related information by means of the application form is voluntary. However, we may not be able to process the application if no accurate or adequate data is provided. Application forms will normally be destroyed 6 months after completion of the activity.
