Important Information re completing the booking form and deposits:

• When completing the Booking Information below, You need to add everyone who will be in the room, but only complete the room wanted on the first booked individual. 

• If the minimum number required for the trip is not achieved by 17th March, all deposits will be fully refunded.

• Guests are always very welcome on our events and trips; however, please note that a €20 supplement will be added to the final payment for any non-members joining us on this short break.
