I hereby apply for membership of THE DUNNERHOLME GOLF CLUB LIMITED and if elected, I hereby confirm that I understand that in becoming a member of the Dunnerholme Golf Club Limited I am agreeing to guarantee the debt of the company to a maximum of £1.

I understand that I have no other liability but will, if or when called upon to do so pay the requested £1. I agree to abide by the rules of the club. I understand the subscription becomes payable on election, and I am not eligible for reduced subscriptions until I have been a member for five consecutive years. The subscription year runs from 1st April.

I understand that subscriptions paid are non-refundable. I accept the club's Privacy Policy, and the Club's Rules and Policies.
