1. Acceptance of Terms
• By submitting this registration form, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• South African citizens, permanent residents, and applicants from other African countries or the African diaspora are welcome to enter.
• Non-South African applicants must provide a valid documentation.
• Proof of identity or nationality may be requested from all contestants at any stage of the competition.
• Applicants under contract with a modelling agency must disclose this information during registration.
3. Nature of Competition
• Mr Body Beautiful is a natural body competition (with a minimun of a 6 pack requirement), not a body building event.
• The use of illegal, performance-enhancing, banned, or unnatural substances is strictly prohibited.
• Organisers reserve the right to conduct testing or request declarations where necessary.
• Contestants found in violation will be immediately disqualified with no refund.
4. Accuracy of Information
• All information submitted must be truthful and accurate.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in disqualification at any stage.
5. Medical & Health Disclosure
• Contestants participate at their own risk.
• Any existing medical or health conditions that may affect participation must be disclosed.
• The organisers accept no responsibility for injury, illness, or health complications before, during, or after the event.
6. Entry Fees - R300.00
• All registration and participation fees are non-refundable once paid.
• Failure to attend, withdrawal, or disqualification does not entitle the contestant to a refund.
7. Image, Media & Publicity Rights
• By entering, contestants grant Mr Body Beautiful and its partners the irrevocable right to use photographs, video/audio recordings, and likeness for promotional, marketing, editorial, and media purposes across digital, print, broadcast, and social media platforms, without compensation.
8. Code of Conduct
• Contestants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.
• Behaviour deemed inappropriate, offensive, discriminatory, or damaging to the event’s reputation may result in disqualification.
9. Organiser’s Rights
• All decisions by the organisers and judges are final and binding.
