Images captured in the video recordings and/or photographs will be the copyright of the North Sea Commission and any other intellectual property which arises in the photographs/recordings will also belong to the North Sea Commission.

These images (film and photography) will be used exclusively in the framework of North Sea Commission activities. No data will be shared with third parties without your express consent and prior notification.

By giving your consent you understand that:

• You agree to irrevocably assign all property rights in your photographs and/or recordings to the North Sea Commission.
• You agree to waive all rights in your performance in the films and/or recordings to the North Sea Commission.
• You can ask the North Sea Commission to stop using your images at any time, in which case efforts will be made to prevent them being used in future digital and offline publications but they may continue to appear in publications already in circulation.
