Chili Cook Off Rules:
1. The entry fee is $20 - all proceeds benefit the Post’s initiatives for local veterans.
2. All Chili must be homemade - no store-bought allowed, you will be disqualified!
3. Chili must be ready to serve; chefs may not use the Post’s kitchen to reheat it.
4. Participants will receive an 8-foot table & 2 chairs with electricity to keep their chili hot.
5. Participants must provide their own serving utensils and special toppings.
6. Participants must set up and clean up their spaces before and after the event. Set up begins at 11:00 am, tasting starts at 12:00 pm, voting ends at 2:00 pm, and winners are announced at 2:15 pm.
