Booth Guidelines
- Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, generators and tent weights.
- No stakes permitted.
- All vehicles except food trucks must be removed from vendor areas no later than 7:15 AM.
SECTION 5 – INSURANCE

This section only applies to Food Trucks / Food Vendors

Certificate of Insurance (COI) and business license is required for Food Trucks / Food Vendors.

Section 6 - Event Details

Event Information

• Date: Saturday, March 7, 2026

• Location: Southlake Mall – The Morrow Center

• Setup: 5:30 AM – 6:45 AM

• Registration: 7:00 AM – 7:45 AM

• Walk Time: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM

• Meet & Greet GAPTA Chairs - 9:15am

• Specials guests, Sponsors, Vendors 9:30am -11:30am

• Event concludes no later than 12:30 PM

Select the applicable registration fee per submission date. Your credit card information is secure. Credit card transactions will be charged a 3% convenience fee. All credit card information is securded via 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not keep your credit card information once this purchase is complete.

Section 8 - Liability Agreement (Required)
