Tender Care PPEC is proud to present the 4th Annual Special Needs Resources Expo 2026. Each year grows bigger, more supportive, and we cannot do it without you! It takes a village, and we are so appreciative that you are part of ours!
This free event allows guests to explore vendor booths, food trucks, meet local agencies, win raffle prizes, learn about therapies and services, discover inclusive recreation options, and connect directly with the Tender Care team.
Below are a few ways you can join in on this year's excitement:
Vendor Opportunities
We welcome organizations and businesses who wish to support special needs families and showcase their services:
$75 – For-Profit Vendor Space
$0 – Nonprofit Organizations & State Agencies
Donate a Raffle Item
$25 min. item/raffle basket to be collected at 10:30 am on the day of. The item will be raffled off to attendees by ticket.
Donations Needed
- Water bottles -300 needed
- Bounce house
- Petting Zoo
- Sensory and adaptive activities
- Volunteer hours for the day (set up, tear down, during)

**Each Vendor/Sponsor will need to bring a tent, table, and chairs. This is an outside event. Set-up begins at 9 am.
