Application Approval
Once our applicants have picked we will contact them. Signing up does not mean you will be picked for the clinics. Payment instructions will be sent with a total for clinic/ clinics you have been selected for and will be due within 24 hours of being contacted. Full payment no deposits.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All youth applications must have correct guardian information or will not be considered.
All fees are non refundable unless clinician is unable to host.
Filling out the application does not mean instant approval for clinics.
Proof of up to date vaccinations is required as well as insurance.
The Ontario Equine Expo, Markham Fair grounds, Clinicians, and staff are not responsible for any damages or injury that may occur to horse or rider.
Participants must sign the waiver that is sent.
Participants in the clinic must carry themselves in a profesional manner. (there is always little eyes looking up to you)
Participants horses must be sound, in good health, clean and well groomed. If the horse is deemed unfit for use, you will be asked not to participate, without a refund.
Absolutly 0 tolorence for abuse towards animals.
