Citizen of the Year Award Nomination Form
The Citizen of the Year Award is presented as part of the Vermont Economic Leadership & Impact Awards, honoring an outstanding Vermonter whose leadership and service have made a lasting difference in our state.

This award recognizes an individual who:
- Made major contributions to the betterment of Vermont
- Been distinguished through outstanding service to their community and region
- Typifies the true spirit of service and self-sacrifice in representing the finest ideals of Vermont citizenship.
The Citizen of the Year distinction reflects the Vermont Chamber’s commitment to recognizing those whose vision, integrity, and dedication strengthen Vermont’s economy and communities.

To nominate an individual who meets these criteria, please complete the form below and submit a narrative outlining the nominee’s impact. Biographical information may also be included, if available.
