    IN THE WIND

A 25th Anniversary Public Art Installation

    Produced by Art House Productions
    Curated by Tina Maneca
Presented as part of the A.R.T. Phase II NJEDA Program

In celebration of its 25th Anniversary, Art House Productions honors the vibrant creative community of Hudson County through a large-scale public art installation.

Art House invites artists who live, work, or maintain a studio in Hudson County to submit original artwork for “In The Wind,” a 100-flag outdoor installation in Lincoln Park, Jersey City.

Selected works will be reproduced as 36" x 48" flags and installed throughout the park, creating a dynamic exhibition shaped by light, scale, and movement.

    What We’re Looking For

We seek original artwork in any medium that can be translated into a high-resolution digital image suitable for large-scale flag production.

Eligible media include (but are not limited to):

    Printmaking
    Textile work
    Sculpture (photographically documented)
    Mixed media
    Digital artwork
Final submissions must be high-resolution image files suitable for printing at 36" x 48".

This installation celebrates the breadth and individuality of Hudson County artists. To preserve the collective impact of the exhibition, submitted works should not have been widely circulated or previously exhibited in this format.

When creating or selecting your work, please consider:

    Visibility from a distance

    Strong contrast
How the image will read at large scale
