The Flex Theatre

Our main space is ideal for large events, performances, and presentations with a theater-style setting. The Flex is an open concept venue that boasts 192 retractable cushioned seats (with an additional 28 ADA seats available), theatrical lighting system, 32 channel sound board, wireless mics and sound, a retractable 19’ X 11’ screen, and a 10k lumen laser projector. Pipe and drape is also available to create a "black-box" theatre space with or without wings. Maximum capacity 220 seated or 275 standing, depending on configuration.

All rentals of The Flex include free access to dressing room space.

The Lobby/Upper Gallery

A spacious and stylish venue, The Gallery has an open floor plan that's perfect for meetings, small receptions and performances, or art installations. It includes a movable bar, access to the building's liquor license (concessions-only), and floor-to-ceiling windows. Maximum capacity 50 seated or 75 standing.
