Clone of Committee Nomination Form 2025-26

The deadline for nominations is March 18, 2026, at 13:00, Toronto Time (EDT, UTC-4). Nominations received after that time will not be accepted.

Information regarding each committee can be found in Get Involved section of our website. A candidate may serve on a maximum of four (4) different committees per year. Please note that the composition of some committees requires members from a specific Unit.

Any committee positions with more nominees than open positions will be voted on at the March 19, 2026, Annual General Meeting (AGM). Otherwise, nominees will be acclaimed to their positions.
