Dance contest registration fee is $8.

Online registration will close on Thursday, May 14.

After May 14, registration fees will be collected at main gate. Dancer numbers will be available at the registration table (near the stage) on Saturday, May 16 between 8AM-1PM.

At registration (near the stage), dancers will need:

valid photo id
dancer bracelet or registration fee receipt

*Non-competing dancers do not pay a registration fee and are not required to register. Singers with host and invited drums are not required to pay an admission fee. Dancers and singers dressed in regalia or with the appropriate credentials (dancer number or bracelet) receive free entry to the Pow Wow.

Competition Rules

All dancers must abide by the following rules:
- Point System is in effect as of the 1st Grand Entry on Saturday at 1:00 pm.
- Must be in full regalia during Grand Entry, contest and exhibition.
- Contestant number is part of regalia - must be worn at all times while dressed in regalia.
- Must display good sportsmanship throughout the weekend.
- Can only register in one (1) category.
- Must be appropriately dressed for category he/she is competing in.
- Must contest in respective age category.
- It is the dancer's responsibility (if related to a judge) to ask judge to disqualify themselves.
- All contestants will pay a $8 registration fee.
- Contest winners may be asked to show proof of tribal affiliation at the award ceremony.
- Contest winners will be required to show proof of identification (dancer number) & fill out a W-9 form.
- By participating, the Dancers grant the Committee permission to use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
All Dancers will be judged on the following:
- Spot checks will be made during intertribal.
- Loss of any articles other than fluff or hackle means disqualification in that session.
- Over stepping or under stepping means disqualification in that session.
- Less than 5 dancers, categories will be combined at the discretion of the committee.
