Team Member Discount & Friends/Family Authorization Form
The Lacquer Studio 2.0 wants all of us to stay beautiful, and therefore Team Members are offered services at the cost of product only. Services must be completed when at least one of the employees is off duty. Unless previously approved by management, two employees on the same shift are not permitted to work on each other. This offer is also extended to three people of the Team Member's choosing, to be placed on their Friends & Family List. Friends/Family appointments must be scheduled as usual, and these individuals are required to pay product cost and gratuity. The Friends & Family list may be updated once every six months.

Liquidated Damages & Client List Protection Clause
To preserve the integrity of The Lacquer Studio 2.0's client base and to protect the time, effort, and financial resources invested in marketing and building client relationships, the following terms apply:
1. Client Non-Solicitation:
The Contractor agrees that, for a period of 12 months following the conclusion of their working contract with The Lacquer Studio 2.0, they will not directly or indirectly solicit, contact, or provide services to any client of the Studio whom they did not personally bring in, but who were acquired through the Studio's marketing, advertising, promotions, or referral efforts.
2. Liquidated Damages:
The parties agree that it would be difficult to calculate the exact financial loss the Studio would suffer as a result of a breach of this agreement. Therefore, if the Contractor violates this provision, the Contractor agrees to pay the Studio liquidated damages in the amount of $300 per client serviced in violation of this clause. This amount is not a penalty, but a fair estimation of damages.
3. Option to Purchase Client List:
If the Contractor wishes to retain or continue servicing Studio-provided clients after separation, they may request to purchase their client list. The Studio reserves the right to approve or deny such requests and will determine the purchase price based on factors including, but not limited to, marketing costs, average client revenue, and duration of relationship. Pricing will be determined solely at the discretion of Studio management and must be paid in full prior to release of any client contact information.
4. Acknowledgment:
By signing this agreement, the Contractor acknowledges that these terms are reasonable, necessary to protect the legitimate business interests of The Lacquer Studio 2.0, and have been agreed to knowingly and voluntarily.
