October 17th Ward County Sporting Complex. Vendor setup will be on April 16th open for Business on October 17th
On October 17th, the gates for the West Texas BBQ Bash will be open to the public from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. No vehicles will be allowed inside the venue from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

There is a $100 vendor setup fee, and vendors keep 100% of their profits. Expected attendance is approximately 5,000 people.

Selected vendors will be sent a payment link to prepay before attending. Vendor selections will be made a few weeks before the event.
