    • Payment will not be accepted until application has been approved. 
    • Only Cashiers Checks or money orders made payable to the Redding Rancheria Stillwater Pow Wow will be accepted. We also have online payment available.

  • VENDOR AGREEMENT

  • IT IS AGREED: The Stillwater Pow Wow committee invites you to participate in the Redding Rancheria Stillwater Pow Wow to be held on October 2, 3, & 4, 2026 at the Redding Rodeo Grounds, 715 Auditorium Dr., Redding, CA 96001.
  • 1. Vendor selection is based upon the items being sold and overall fit, not on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment will not be accepted until application has been approved.

  • 2. Vendors will provide their own booth materials. Only the space paid for is provided. Spaces will be assigned.
  • 3. Vendor Spaces are 10' x 10' in size and you must provide your own water, table, chairs, extensions cords, generators (no electricity is available), and fixtures as necessary to display their wares.

  • 4. Vendors are required to have all Permits and Insurance necessary to conduct their business in a public place.
  • 5. Vendors agree to leave their area CLEAN of all debris.
  • 6. Vendors agree to conduct their business in compliance with all Tribal, Federal, State, and Local Laws and Regulations.
  • 7. In approving Vendor Agreements, preference shall be given to vendors who sell Native American hand-made Arts and Crafts. Vendors must provide Tribal verification, if selling Native American Arts and Crafts, pursuant to the Indian Arts and Crafts Act of 1990, Public Law 101-644. Vendors wishing to re-sell commercially manufactured items may be asked to demonstrate how marketing such products promote the purposes of the Stillwater Pow Wow before their application will be considered. A complete list of all items to be sold must be submitted with the signed copy of this Vendor Agreement.

  • 8. Absolutely NO ALCOHOL or DRUGS on the Premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion.
  • 9. Due to Fish and Game regulation, no wild game is to be sold without a Special State and Federal Permit.
  • 10. The Stillwater Pow Wow will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items or equipment.
  • 11. Vendors agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Redding Rancheria, the Stillwater Pow Wow Committee (including its officers and members), and sponsors against any and all claims or liability, including reasonable attorney fees, which may arise out of Vendor's participation in the Stillwater Pow Wow pursuant to this Agreement.
  • 12. Notice of Cancellation: Either party seeking to cancel this Agreement shall give no less than seven calendar days' notice to the other party. A Vendor who fails to give seven calendar days' notice shall be assessed a $25 per day fee for each day in which notice was required and not given.

  • You must provide your own food vendor permits. Applications are available at the Shasta County Health Department (530)225-5787 or online at: https://www.shastacounty.gov/environmental-health/page/food-facility-forms Attach a copy of your application.
  • Every Vendor is required to have a State of California Sellers Permit. Permits are available at the local Board of Equalization office (530) 224-4729 or online at https://www.ca.gov/departments/287/services/26/. Attach a Copy with your application.
  • Deadline for all application will be June 12, 2026. You will be notified if you are accepted by July 10, 2026.
