Merchandise & Display / Indoor ($600) - An artisan, small business or community group selling goods or services, 10'x10' foot print, Basic Power Provided, GST extra.Exhibitor, Sampler or Marketing ($1600) - doing a product activation or product sampling, 10'x20' foot print or smaller. GST extra.Corporate Activation - please send me a quote.Other - I will need a 2nd spot. Additional spots are charged at the same rate.I am a registered non-profit and may qualify for a discount.

This application in no way implies or guarantees that a space will be offered to you. All applications are subject to review and approval. An agreement or confirmation will be sent to all successful applicants.

Fees and Terms:

The lease fee you will be charged is only for the space provided. This covers your participation for the entire event. We do not provide tents, tables or chairs. If you require additional space you will need to purchase an additional spot at the same price per spot unless a special rate is negotiated in advance.

You must have staff present during all hours of operation and must participate for all event days. Included is 2 general entry passes and 1 parking pass. All participants will be required to provide proof of liability insurance, minimum of $2 million dollars of general lability coverage.

Vendor fees are due once you have been notified that you have been selected to participate.  NO REFUNDS if your booth is non-compliant with Abbotsford Agrifair guidelines, City of Abbotsford, Abbotsford Fire Department or Fraser Health Authority.
