The Curative Market Co or Property Owner/Manager are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items during the event. Also, vendors are responsible for any damages they may cause to the property during the event.
The Curative Markets is not responsible for any injury liability that is not the direct result of Curative Markets.
All vendors will act in a professional, courteous manner and will respect the premises and people we will be working with throughout the day. Any violators will be asked to leave and not return.
All vendor fees are non-refundable. This is a rain or shine event. We will never knowingly put you in harms way and we will cancel if it is absolutely necessary, however, we cannot control the weather and do not refund due to weather. The Curative Market Co. Markets is not responsible for vendors double booking our events. There are no refunds and no transfers to be given if this occurs, so be careful of your own schedules. The Curative Market does not have a "change-your-mind policy. Vendor fees are non-refundable and transfers are not guaranteed.

Vendor Attendance Policy
Vendor participation is a commitment.

Vendors who fail to attend a scheduled market without prior written notice to The Curative Market Co. will not be eligible to participate in future Curative Market events.

Additionally, any future events that have been reserved and paid for will be forfeited and canceled without refund.

The Curative Market Co. invests time and resources into marketing, promotion, and vendor placement with the expectation of confirmed participation. Attendance is a professional courtesy to the host, fellow vendors, and attending guests.
