1. Sweepstakes Description The “Beaches Best Friend Sweepstakes” ("Sweepstakes") begins on 02/03/26 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time and ends on March 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Promotion Period"). By participating, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Beaches The Musical LP ("Sponsor"), which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission, or processing of entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions or issues related to the Sweepstakes.
2. Eligibility The Sweepstakes are open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (nineteen (19) years of age or older for Alabama and Nebraska residents) at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, producers, venues, designated representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and any social or technology platform used to promote or administer the Sweepstakes, and their respective officers, directors, and employees (“Promotion Entities”) and members of their immediate families or persons living in the same household are ineligible to enter or win.
3. Winner Selection The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted within three (3) days after the end of the Promotion Period by Sponsor or its designated representatives. Decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner will be notified via the email address supplied on the entry form within approximately 48 hours of the drawing. The winner must accept the prize within 48 hours of notification. If the winner does not respond or the notification is undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited.
The winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and publicity release (collectively, "Prize Claim Documents"). Any other person who is identifiable in an entry submission or accompanying photograph will also be required to sign and return applicable Prize Claim Documents. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set out in these Official Rules. No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted except by Sponsor.
4. Prize One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to the opening night performance of Beaches, A New Musical at the Majestic Theatre on Broadway at 245 West 44th Street, New York, NY 10036 on April, 22, 2026 at 7:30pm (approximate retail value: $650). Actual seats determined by Sponsor. The winner and their guest will also be invited to the post-performance opening night party that will directly follow the performance.
Maximum one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. Only one (1) email address may be used per entrant per household. The potential winner may be required to provide valid and legal proof of identification.
Tickets are subject to issuer terms and cannot be transferred, exchanged, redeemed for cash, replaced or substituted if destroyed, lost, mutilated, stolen, forfeited or not used.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the prize winner.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes or prize elements of greater or equal value, or to not award any Prize at all, if for any reason any Prize becomes unavailable due to supply shortage, shipping or manufacturing delays, or delay, governmental action or other circumstances. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual ARV will not be awarded.
TRANSPORTATION, HOTEL ACCOMMODATION, MEALS, AND DRINKS TO AND FROM AND WITHIN NEW YORK CITY ARE NOT INCLUDED AND ARE THE PRIZE WINNER’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.
PRIZE IS AWARDED AS IS AND WITHOUT CONDITION, WARRANTY, GUARANTEE OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE).
5. Online Entry Via JotForm To enter, you must complete the JotForm at the following link http://beachesthemusical.com/openingnightsweepstakes with all required information (which will include your first and last name, and email address) and share a story of friendship with an accompanying photo (“Submission”). You must also agree to these Official Rules and certify your age and residency. By making a Submission, you certify that the Submission is original, does not violate the rights of any third party and that you have secured the permission of anyone appearing in such Submission. Your Submission should not feature any minors.
6. Publicity By submitting an entry, entrants grant the Promotion Entities a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and publicly perform a Submission, in whole or in part, as well as the winner’s name, likeness, photo and voice, for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to print and digital advertising, social media, front of house displays, and in-theater curtain projections, without further notice, approval, or compensation.
7. Privacy By entering, participants acknowledge that if chosen as a winner, certain personal information may be disclosed as required by law or for prize fulfillment. Personal information may be shared among the Promotion Entities and will be used in accordance with their privacy policies. Sponsor’s privacy policy is available at https://beachesthemusical.com/privacy-policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the privacy policy, and you agree to its terms.
8. Limitation of Liability Sponsor is not responsible for:
Incorrect or inaccurate information, technical or human error during entry, submission, or processing;
Lost, misdirected, or late entries;
Technical malfunctions, traffic congestion, or errors on the Internet or any website;
Injury or damage to any person or computer related to participating in the Sweepstakes and entering a Submission.
If the Sweepstakes are compromised or cannot run as planned, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at its sole discretion.
In disputes over online Submissions, the authorized account holder of the email address used will be deemed the entrant. Sponsor may request proof of account ownership. If unresolved, the entry will be disqualified.

10. Social Media Platform Disclaimer This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Meta or any other social media or technology platform used to market or administer the Sweepstakes.
11. Release of Liability By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant (a) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor or its designees, which shall be final and (b) agrees to release and to hold the Promotion Entities, harmless against any and all claims, losses, rights, liabilities and damages, and actions of any kind arising out of their participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance and use of the prize. The foregoing release includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Under no circumstances shall any of the Promotion Entities, have any liability or responsibility for: (1) incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (2) any unauthorized access to or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point; (3) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the Sweepstakes; (4) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or the Google Form or any combination thereof; (5) any injury or damage to a participant’s or to any other person's computer, tablet, mobile device or other electronic device that may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download any materials in the Sweepstakes; or (6) any typographical error or other error in these Official Rules or in any other communication relating to the Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of Sponsor.
12. Choice of Law/Arbitration All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of laws. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with these Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration in New York, New York pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association then effective. Any and all claims, judgments and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred by entrant with regard to these Sweepstakes, excluding attorneys’ or other related fees and punitive, exemplary, incidental, consequential or other damages. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding and judgment may be entered thereon.
13. Disqualification
The following are prohibited and will result in automatic disqualification from the Sweepstakes: (1) using any method that artificially increases odds of winning, including without limitation internet bots, web robots, www robots or any other type of bots; (2) non-compliance with these Official Rules; and (3) any other act that the Promotion Entities determine, in their sole discretion, jeopardizes the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an ISP account shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes and/or to have ISP addresses or accounts blocked.
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THESE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
14. Prize Winner’s Name and Official Rules To obtain the identity of the Winner and/or a copy of these Official Rules by mail, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to Official Rules or Winner’s Name to Sponsor at the address above. Mail must be received by 12:00 PM ET on March 15, 2026.By submitting an entry, entrants grant the Promotion Entities a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and publicly perform a Submission, in whole or in part, as well as the winner’s name, likeness, photo and voice, for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to print and digital advertising, social media, front of house displays, and in-theater curtain projections, without further notice, approval, or compensation.
