REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS/CANCELLATION POLICY
READ CAREFULLY. DO NOT COMPLETE THIS REGISTRATION UNLESS YOU HAVE READ ALL TERMS, UNDERSTAND ALL TERMS, AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS.
FACULTY AND ENTERTAINMENT
Drum Fantasy Camp reserves the right to offer qualified substitute faculty and/or entertainment at our discretion and for any reason, including but not limited to illness, family emergency, travel complications, or any other reason. If any such change is made, Drum Fantasy Camp will notify registrants through the e-mail address provided during registration and by updating our Web site. By registering for Drum Fantasy Camp, you agree that in the event of any faculty or entertainment cancellation(s)/substitution(s), you are still responsible for the full amount of the registration fee and any hotel fees after the cancellation deadline (detailed below).
CANCELLATION OF EVENT
Drum Fantasy Camp reserves the right to cancel the event at any time at our discretion if deemed necessary due to a lack of participation, the inability of our partners, staff, or host locations to participate, or any other reason. If the event is canceled, all fees collected by Drum Fantasy Camp will be reimbursed promptly. Drum Fantasy Camp is not responsible for reimbursing any travel fees, fees for accommodations not provided by Drum Fantasy Camp, or any other expenses.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Drum Fantasy Camp is a private event owned and operated by Orkin Marketing and Management, Inc. (OMM). The following “house rules” apply to all attendees and their families and friends who attend any camp activities:
- they are required to act in a safe, respectful, and responsible manner toward instructors, camp personnel, hotel staff, camp attendees, and personnel affiliated with The Los Angeles College of Music (LACM).
- they are prohibited from soliciting ANY products or services to attendees and/or instructors without prior written consent of OMM. The camp also prohibits distribution of any sales literature, or literature related to any political, religious, or charitable cause to attendees, instructors, performers, and/or camp personnel.
- they are prohibited from wearing any clothing, displaying any signs or passing out any literature at camp events that display any political, religious or social ideologies.
At its sole discretion, Drum Fantasy Camp reserves the right to discontinue any attendee's participation in any and/or all Drum Fantasy Camp events without refund if it determines that any person's behavior violates the Code of Conduct, or is disruptive or destructive in any manner.
FILMING/RECORDING/PHOTOGRAPHY
- Attendees are encouraged to take photos at Drum Fantasy Camp, but in a respectful and courteous manner. Photographs may NOT be taken during any classes. Please take photos before or after class, or during a break.
- Filming/streaming and audio recording of classes is strictly forbidden.
- Filming/streaming and flash photography of live shows is prohibited
- Filming of Jam Nights is limited to your personal performance with the band. Streaming of Jam Nights is prohibited. Do not film instructor performances. Instructor performances are meant to be a private experience for attendees. Drum Fantasy Camp reserves the right to submit DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) claims for any publicly posted footage that violates this policy. Attendee assumes responsibility for any consequences resulting from DMCA violations.
REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS
Please understand that Drum Fantasy Camp sells out each year. To protect the camp from having unused spaces, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER 6/2/2026. Refund requests must be made in writing and received by Drum Fantasy Camp by 6/2/2026. A $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds. OTHER INFORMATION
By registering to attend Drum Fantasy Camp, you accept all of the terms, above, and release and hold harmless Drum Fantasy Camp and its instructors/performers/support staff, Orkin Marketing and Management, Inc., Steven Orkin, The Los Angeles College of Music and hotels affiliated with the camp (and their employees), from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind, arising from or in connection with Drum Fantasy Camp events. You agree that your likeness may appear in photos and video after the camp, posted to the Drum Fantasy Camp web site and social media, and in other places that may or may not be under our control.
