📄 Boot Camp for Brains
Tutoring Terms & Conditions
By enrolling your child in Boot Camp for Brains, you agree to the following:
🔒 Enrollment & Deposit
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your child’s spot.
The deposit will be applied to your first week’s tuition.
Spots are not held without a deposit.
💰 Payments
Tuition is due in advance each week on Saturdays unless paid in full.
Payments must be made on time to maintain your child’s reserved schedule.
Late payments may result in loss of spot.
❌ Cancellations & Refunds
The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
No refunds or credits are given for missed sessions.
If you choose to withdraw, you must provide at least 1 week notice.
🔁 Attendance & Make-Ups
Consistent attendance is expected for student success.
Make-up sessions are not guaranteed and are only offered if space allows.
👥 Group Placement
Students are placed in small groups based on skill level and needs.
Groups are intentionally small (maximum of 3 students) to ensure quality instruction.
Group placements may be adjusted as needed to best support learning.
👤 Private Lesson Policy (If Selected)
Private sessions are reserved exclusively for your child and require a minimum 4-week commitment.
Private sessions are premium, limited spots, and must be paid in advance to hold your time on Saturday.
Example:
If your child is scheduled for private sessions every Tuesday, that time is held specifically for them each week. Missed sessions are not refunded, as that time cannot be offered to another student.
A 24-hour notice is required for any schedule changes.
One make-up session may be offered if proper notice is given and space is available.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session.
⚠️ Behavior Expectations
Students are expected to be respectful, prepared, and ready to learn.
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session without refund.
📸 Media Consent
Photos/videos may be taken for educational or promotional use.
If you prefer your child not be included, please notify us in writing.
📅 Schedule Changes
Boot Camp for Brains reserves the right to adjust scheduling if necessary.
Parents will be notified in advance of any changes.
