  • Section 2 — Self-Responsibility & Capacity

    Consider your current emotional capacity and willingness to engage in a group setting.

  • Are you willing to take responsibility for your own emotional regulation within a group setting?*
  • Are you currently receiving (or open to receiving) external therapeutic support if needed?*
  • Are you comfortable being gently challenged in a reflective group space?*
