Welcome to the official Vehicle Registration page for the Bootleggers and Bandits Car, Bike, and Big Rig Show! We are excited to bring you a show to remember with great food, live music, awesome special guests, contests, giveaways, drawings, vendors and more!

Meet Byron Cherry “Coy Duke” from the Dukes of Hazzard, Jason Grove - Country Music Songwriter and Singer from Texas, and rock band After Shock coming to the stage, and appearances by Bandit and Buford T with their tribute to the movie Smokey and the Bandit, and Bill Byford (stand-in for Burt Reynolds movies)!

Calling all outlaw riders and road warriors! Bootleggers & Bandits is where the bold come to show off their steel, shine, and horsepower! Whether you roll in on two wheels, four wheels, or a full-blown big rig, this is your chance to stake your claim, turn heads, and compete for top awards. Two days of family-friendly fun, music, food, photo ops, special guests, vendors, giveaways, and nonstop action. Bring the whole family and join us for two unforgettable days of automotive excitement! Capture memories with photo opportunities and get your ride featured on social media for extra exposure! Whether you're competing, cruising, or just taking in the sights, this is an event you won't want to miss!

For those who are participating in the event, camping will be available. Local hotels will be available for reservations at a discount. Information will be sent with your registration.

Hotel discounts available while they last! Quantities are limited!

If you are interested in staying at one of our partnered hotels and vehicle registration payment has been received, you will receive instructions about reserving your hotel room(s). Camping is available at the Jasper County Fairgrounds for an extra charge. Participant ONLY Camping Reservation $40 for 2 nights. Available Check-In Time: After 8 am on Friday, August 28, 2026. Check-Out Time: By 10 am on Sunday, August 30, 2026. Shower House available upon request. There is electricity but no hook up for water/waste.

Event Terms, Rules, and Release of Liability

RULES:
- All vehicles entering the show MUST be pre-registered prior to show. No registration at the show.
- All pre-registered show vehicles can check in at the entrance to the car show field (follow signs).
- Check in will be after 10 am on Friday, August 28th & 8-10 am on Saturday, August 29. DO NOT show up early, as you will not be able to enter.
- You MUST fill out your registration card and place it on the vehicle (this will be emailed to your registered email address). This will be used at check-in to verify you are registered and able to enter, as well as for judging.
- All unconfirmed registrations will not be admitted to the show.
- All vehicles entered in the show will be hobbyist/show vehicles only.
- Car Show will be during the hours of 10-4 pm on Saturday. We ask that the vehicles remain parked, unless participating in a cruise or contest, there is an emergency, or you must leave. Please contact a volunteer who will help move barricades if you need to leave.
- Bootleggers and Bandits staff reserves the right to refuse entry to any vehicle at its discretion (i.e. not pre-registered, no registration card).
- NO pets/animals allowed.
- NO burnouts (unless there is a designated area or competition).
- All who fail to follow these rules will be asked to leave the show without warning, no refund.
- A speed limit of 15 mph or less while on the grounds for the safety of the participants and spectators.
- We are not responsible for lost registrations (you will receive a confirmation).
TERMS & AGREEMENT

By registering my vehicle(s) and participating in this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Assumption of Risk - I understand that participation in a car show involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
- Release of Liability - I hereby release and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, venue owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, or cause of action arising out of my participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Vehicle Responsibility - I certify that my vehicle is properly insured, in safe operating condition, and that I am legally permitted to operate it. I am responsible for any damage caused by my vehicle.
- Conduct - Reckless driving, burnouts, excessive revving, alcohol misuse, or unsafe behavior, damage to property, from you or anyone with you that chooses to do so will result in immediate removal from the event without refund. Note: Be on your best behavior and let's keep this fun!
- Weather & Event Changes - This event is held rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather, schedule changes, or event cancellation beyond the organizer's control. The show must go on!
- Media Release - I grant permission for my name, vehicle, and images to be photographed or recorded and used for promotional purposes without compensation.
- Compliance - I agree to follow all event rules, venue policies, and instructions given by staff.
- You must agree to the rules, terms, and release of liability as set forth by the Bootleggers and Bandits staff and Jasper County Fairgrounds. You also agree that as a car show participant, registration does not make Bootleggers and Bandits Car, Bike, and Big Rig Show, Jasper County Fairgrounds, dealers, their agents, or the show sponsors liable for any damage to your vehicle or belongings.
