Rest can be a ritual!
After every Soulshine gathering, we hear the same wish:
“Can we stay longer? Can we sleepover?”
More time to talk. More time to rest. More time to not rush back into real life.
Your nervous system called.
It wants a day off.
No screens. No expectations.
Just rest, presence, and soft magic.
"Me time" in community.
Offline. Unrushed. Sacred.
Imagine a day where there is no schedule, no expectations, yet plenty of mindful activities to awaken your spirit and help you reconnect to YOU again. Our lives are planned, timed, and over-stimulated enough. The Sacred Chill Club is designed to give your nervous system a break and your soul some breathing room.
What you can do (or not do)...
You’re free to move through the day at the different Mindfulness Stations however your body, heart and energy desire.
Mindfulness Stations Include:
Tarot and oracle decks for readings
Smudge yourself with sacred medicine plants
Crystals to put on your body or hold them and expand your gemstone knowledge
Journals with a new set of markers
Mindful arts and crafts for you to explore your creative side
Bonfire outside for warmth, fire meditation and burning ceremony
Cozy meditation station
Board games and puzzles
Curl up with a book
Take a slow meditative walk in the expansive yard
Do your favorite hobby- uninterrupted!
Enjoy quiet conversation with a new friend.
Spend time alone together — no pressure to perform or socialize.
The day includes an optional guided meditation and sound bath, gently offered for reflection, to open your third eye, for presence and inner calm. Join if it calls to you. Skip it if rest is what you need.
In the evening, we will gather around the table for a nourishing delicious dinner and easy conversation — or peaceful silence if that feels better. And yes… we do the dishes, so you can simply enjoy.
We will end with a closing circle.
Why we unplug...
This is a phone-free experience — and that’s where the real magic begins.
Our phones constantly pull us outward: notifications, scrolling, comparing, responding. Even when we think we’re resting, our minds stay busy.
When the phone goes away, something powerful happens:
Your nervous system softens.
Your thoughts slow down.
Creativity returns.
Presence deepens.
You can actually hear yourself again.
Unplugging creates space to reconnect — not just with others, but with your own inner voice, intuition, and needs. The version of you that knows when to rest, when to speak, and when to simply be.

We’re craving unstructured time, genuine connection, and permission to do less without guilt.
