Important Reminders:

Pickup Orders:
- $100 Minimum Applies to all pickup orders.
- You may pick up from Chantilly or Vienna location during store hours.
Delivery Orders:
- $200 Minimum Applies to all delivery orders.
- We deliver between 10am-3pm but may be flexible depending on your needs and our availability . If you need a delivery window outside of this, please add to additional comments box and we'll reach out.
Taiyaki Orders:
- Taiyaki are made fresh right before your pickup or delivery time. They are packed in our Taiyaki boxes.
- Storage: store any leftovers in the fridge. We recommend storing in an airtight ziplock bag or container to prevent it from going stale. Taiyaki are good for 5 days in fridge and can also be frozen for 1 month.
- Reheating: Reheating instructions are included right on the box. To reheat, toast in toaster, oven, or air fryer at 300F for 2-5 minutes.
- If you would like individual taiyaki sleeves for displaying the taiyaki, please let us know in the additional comments and we'll provide those.
Jar Dessert Shooters:
- Jar Dessert shooters are packed securely in a bag/tray for easy transportation. If it is warm and you have a bit of a drive >30 minutes, we recommend bringing a cooler to store the jars. We have ice in our store and can provide some for you, just include a note in the additional comments.
- 6 shooters fit in a 9 x 5 x 4 in height box.
- Shooters are good for about 5 days from pickup/delivery.
- Shooters include Spoons.
