Tournament Registration Information
Complete this form to enter a team in the tournament (Limited spots available)
First come first serve
Individual registration will be available for this event - $50 per player
Team Roster size has a maximum of 15 players
*Teams should consist of players that will attend the same High School*
Players representing a public school will need to live inside the school boundaries.
Players representing a private school will need to provide documentation that they attend or they are planning to attend that school.
Team Names will be listed on the Game 7 website once we have the maximim number of teams that we can take.
Once the teams are listed on the website, individual registration will be available for your players to register.
