I understand that providing liability insurance and an Insurance Coverage Certificate is my responsibility. I acknowledge that neither Headliner Market Group, Miami-Dade County, nor any partners, staff, or volunteers provide insurance coverage for my participation.

I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Headliner Market Group, Miami-Dade County, their owners, officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from any claims, demands, or lawsuits arising from bodily injury, property damage, or other loss that may occur as a result of my participation in the event.

I further agree to indemnify and defend Headliner Market Group, Miami-Dade County, and their representatives against any claims, damages, costs, or legal fees arising from my actions, my staff, contractors, agents, or from my setup, equipment, or participation in the event.
