Joining the Silicon Valley PRIDE Board is an excellent opportunity to strengthen your leadership skills, build community, advance equity, and help shape the future of our annual Silicon Valley Pride Festival. Each board role carries its own time commitment, which may include strategic planning, digital correspondence, event coordination, and in-person board meetings. These hours typically increase in the weeks leading up to Pride.Serving on the board is a meaningful way to champion inclusion in the South Bay and make a lasting impact on our local LGBTQ+ community.
