    Step right into the heart of the action! Bootleggers & Bandits is rolling into town, bringing two days of roaring engines, outlaw energy, packed crowds, and nonstop entertainment! We're welcoming top-notch vendors who want prime exposure, strong sales, and a front-row seat to one of the most exciting car, bike, truck and big rig shows around! If you've got gear, goods, apparel, or any other vendor services to offer that fit the bold and the adventurous, this is your arena! Join us, set up shop, and become part of the show! Vendor space is limited so be sure to register early!

    Registering as a Vendor you will receive:

    • Prime indoor booth space!
    • Choose from a 10x10 space or a 10x20 space.
    • Climate-controlled indoor environment!
    • Protection from weather, wind, and heat!
    • Secure building with controlled entry/exit!
    • Access to electricity (for an additional cost)
    • Access to Wi-Fi
    • Early setup time the day of the event!
    • Dedicated teardown time after closing!
    • Business featured on various social media outlets as well as vendor banner!
    • Lots of exposure with local and non-local consumers!
    • Participant camping! $25/night

    Get your name out there by participating!  Get placed on select media and gain presence in our community and online! We have limited spaces available! Expect a large turnout for this event!

    Choose Friday, Saturday or both days!

    $40/day 10 x 10 booth

    $50/day 10 x 20 booth

    $20 to add electricity 

    DIRECT SALES BUSINESSES (i.e. Pampered Chef, Jbloom, Scentsy, etc.):

    Please ask about direct sales businesses FIRST before applying, as we may already have one at the show and are only allowing 1 per direct sales company. All private sales not related to direct sales feel free to apply without asking. Thank you!

      By registering and participating in this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

      1. Assumption of Risk - I understand that participation in an event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
      2. Release of Liability - I hereby release and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, venue owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, or cause of action arising out of my participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
      3. Conduct - Unsafe behavior, damage to property, from you or anyone with you that chooses to do so will result in immediate removal from the event without refund. Note: Be on your best behavior and let's keep this fun!
      4. Weather & Event Changes - This event is held rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather, schedule changes, or event cancellation beyond the organizer's control. The show must go on!
      5. Media Release - I grant permission for my name, company, and images to be photographed or recorded and used for promotional purposes without compensation.
      6. Compliance - I agree to follow all event rules, venue policies, and instructions given by staff.
      7. All applicants are on a first-come basis and subject to availability.
      8. Payment must be paid in FULL and you will receive confirmation to reserve your space.
      9. All vendor types are welcome to bring new, unused items to sell.
      10. No swap meet or used flea market items allowed.
      11. Only 1 of each type of direct sales vendor will be allowed (i.e. Pampered Chef, Scentsy, etc.)
      12. Hosts/Organizer/Promoter will approve or reject applications based on availability.
      13. Vendors must disclose everything they will be selling at their booth.
      14. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs & set up an area safe for patrons.
      15. Booth fees are nonrefundable.
      16. Booth needs to be supervised at all times.
      17. No abusive language, firearms, weapons, or drugs will be allowed.
      18. Vendor must supply own equipment, supplies, materials needed to sell products.
      19. No generators will be allowed indoors. Electrical cords (if needed) are not supplied.
      20. Booths must be kept tidy throughout the show and must be left clean by the end of each day.
      21. No loud music will be played inside the vendor building(s).
      22. Vendor agrees that should an incident/accident occur with the vendors space caused by the vendors displays, products, or unsafe conditions, you will be held liable.
      23. The vendor agrees to hold harmless the sponsors, proprietors of the location and any associates for merchandise lost, stolen, or broken.
      24. Vendor will be responsible for their own liability insurance coverage, tables, tents, and other display related items.
      25. Vendors are responsible for their own change for cash and point of sale systems for payment.
      26. Vendor vehicles will be allowed for unloading near the vendor building and will need to be moved to the designated location during the show.
      27. Set up will be on Friday, August 28th from 8-10 am.
      28. Vendor show begins at 10 am on Friday.
      29. Vendor show will end on Friday, August 29th at 4 pm and building(s) will be locked by 5 pm. If staying for 2 days, your items will be locked overnight in the building for easy startup on Saturday.
      30. Parking during the show on Saturday will be in the same designated location.
      31. Vendors will be able to enter the building at 7 am on Saturday, August 29th.
      32. Vendor show begins at 8 am on Saturday.
      33. Teardown will be Saturday, August 29th from 4 pm-5 pm.
      34. NO teardown allowed earlier than 4 pm on Friday or Saturday.

        All who fail to follow these rules will be asked to leave the show without warning, no refund.

      You must agree to the rules, terms, and release of liability as set forth by the Bootleggers and Bandits staff and Jasper County Fairgrounds. You also agree that as a car show participant, registration does not make Bootleggers and Bandits Car, Bike, and Big Rig Show, Jasper County Fairgrounds, dealers, their agents, or the show sponsors liable for any damage or loss of your belongings. All who fail to follow these rules will be asked to leave the show without warning, no refund.

      No Pets or Animals Allowed.

      We reserve the right to deny any applications that do not fit the above or if we already have approved that have the same name company you represent (i.e. Pampered Chef, Scentsy, Jbloom). Same type of products will be allowed (i.e. tools, crafts, custom made items).
