  • Two sets of measurements are available for this model of spa due to it's tiered edge. Measurements do not need to be taken, we will just need to know whether you'd prefer the cover is made to fit the top ledge or bottom ledge.

  • Alpine has reliably manufactured covers for Coast Spas for many years. OEM covers and alternative aftermarket options are also available, and we can provide a quote upon request with the spa’s model and year.

  • Series:

    -Silver Series: cover comes with reinforced centre hinge, reinforced 5-layer handles, Poly Vapour Barrier Wrap, double-width metal centre C-channel for added strength, reinforced cover locks & straps, 3 drain holes on the interior, and the foam cores are made of virgin expanded polystyrene foam (no recycled material).


    -Gold Series (Ultimate Line): has extra features: full length insulated "gasket" seal along the seam for maximum heat retention and uses 2lb expanded polystyrene insulation. Locking hardware is standard with all covers, including all the mounting hardware, locks & keys to assure your cover is capable of being installed safely.

  • Materials:

    -Marine-Grade Vinyl:  Marine Grade Vinyl was the industry standard for many years. This material is available in 12 colours and is treated with mildew and UV inhibitors.


    -Atlantis (WeatherShield): The revolutionary new material available is called Atlantis (WeatherShield) and is a 100% solution dyed polyester fabric. Its urethane coating enhances the stability of the weave and allows for greater water resistance, while also minimising shrinkage and stretching, and features a high UV, water and mould and mildew resistance and has excellent tear and abrasion resistance. It reduces overall cover weight by appx. 25%, is 3x stronger than traditional vinyl, and is environmentally superior as it is made from recyclable materials.

    Selecting the Rush Order option ensures your cover is completed in manufacturing within 3 weels, plus additional time for shipping to our location. If Rush Service is chosen but is not currently available from Alpine Spa Covers, we will contact you to let you know and discuss next steps.

  • Cover Cap:

    A spa cover cap is designed to shield your hot tub cover from the elements, helping extend its lifespan and keep it looking new. By protecting against UV rays, rain, snow, debris, and harsh temperatures, it prevents fading, cracking, and moisture damage that can prematurely wear out the main cover. The cap acts as a weather‑resistant barrier that keeps dirt and water out, helping the spa maintain heat more efficiently and reducing overall maintenance. An integrated elastic band ensures the cover cap stays securely in place, even in windy conditions, providing reliable year‑round protection—especially when the spa is used infrequently or during harsher seasons.

  • Super Rush Order:
    Selecting the Super Rush Order option ensures your cover is completed in manufacturing within 7-10 business days, plus additional time for shipping to our location. If Rush Service is chosen but is not currently available from Alpine Spa Covers, we will contact you to let you know and discuss next steps.

  • Coast Curve Feature: for Coast Spas Apex Curve and Element Curve models only.

  • Inside Handles (set of 2 max): Inside handles provide a safe way to close the cover, instead of pulling on the baffle or skirt to close the cover, when a cover lifter is installed. Handles are located at the center of the cover, on the underside of it. Accessed from inside the spa.

  • Modification for integrated cover lifter: Cover comes with metal plate installed for integrated cover lifters, as used in some Hot Springs models. Must indicate in special instructions box which sides your cover lifter attaches to in relation to the fold.

  • Lock Strap custom length or placement: The lock straps that come on the new cover may not be located exactly where they were on the old cover. This can be fixed by simply replacing the cover locks to a new location on the cabinet, to reach the new cover straps. Or, you can opt to pick a custom placement of the lock straps. Must list exact specs in the special instructions box below.

  • Speaker Cutout:
    This option is for spa covers that require cutouts to accommodate raised speaker humps, as seen on certain models (e.g., select Dynasty Spas). Please specify the exact location of the speaker humps in the Special Instructions box, in relation to the fold of the cover. We may contact you to confirm measurements or review a cover template before the order is finalized.

  • Skirt overlength per inch: New covers come with any length of skirt you would like, and pricing is included up to 5". If you would like a skirt longer than 5", then select this option. The skirt measurement must be listed in the skirt length box at the bottom of this page.

  • Non‑Standard Shape Surcharge:
    This surcharge applies to spa covers for shapes that are not included in the Measurement Section below, such as oval, triangular, or uniquely shaped spas (e.g., SpaBerry, Tublicious, etc.).

  • Cover Lifter Options:

  • CCS Hydraulic Cover Lifter

    This cover lifter features an engineered locking device and a durable black powder‑coated, rust‑free steel construction with 100% stainless steel hardware and steel brackets. Designed to fit both corner and square‑radius spas, it includes dual gas‑assist lifters for easy operation from either side while also providing added privacy and a windbreak. For proper installation, the unit requires 5" of clearance on both sides where the brackets mount, as well as 18" of clearance behind the spa where the cover lifts off.

    *Cannot be used on Coast Spas Infinity Edge Models, or covers larger than 8'x8'. See store associate for details.

  • Classic Cover Lifter

    This cover lifter offers smooth, hassle‑free cover removal with an easy‑to‑use mechanism that eliminates the strain of handling heavy lids. Built from durable powder‑coated aluminum with three sturdy plastic mounts, it provides long‑lasting stability and supports square or rectangular spas up to 96". Designed for simple installation on the spa, it lifts, folds back, and stores the cover neatly behind the spa. While versatile and adjustable, it is not intended for sunken or inground tubs, requires 18" of rear clearance, and 5" of clearance on either side of the spa.

  • Cover Roller

    This spa cover lifter features four smooth‑gliding rollers on each arm, allowing the cover to easily slide on and off the spa with minimal effort. It comes fully assembled and installs quickly to the spa cabinet with just a screwdriver. When open, the cover can rest in a stable tabletop‑style position for added convenience, and when not in use, the lifter folds snugly against the spa cabinet for a clean, unobtrusive look. For proper operation, it requires rear clearance equal to half the width of the spa.

  • Boomerang Cover Lifter

    This cover lifter uses a powerful dual‑shock system to lift the spa cover and place it fully behind the tub, giving users a clean, unobstructed 360° view so they can enjoy their backyard, socialize, or keep an eye on children and pets while relaxing. Built with aluminum brackets, galvanized arms, and 110 lb dual gas shocks, it supports covers up to 98" wide and positions them neatly behind the spa. Installation requires 20" of rear clearance (or up to 24" depending on cover thickness) and 5" on the side; spas with a raised back lip require 24–28" of clearance. The cover rests on the ground when open, can use optional Visionlift Pads available for added protection of the cover, or a rubber mat instead.

  • Undermount Cover Lifter

    This spa cover lifter features sturdy undermount plates held securely in place by the weight of the spa, along with 1¼" aluminum tubing, a 100% aluminum bracket, and stainless steel hardware for strength and corrosion resistance. Foam grips provide comfortable handling, and the powder‑coated aluminum construction ensures long‑lasting durability. It accommodates spas up to a maximum width of 100", with a maximum allowable distance of 74" from the pivot point to the cover seam. For proper installation, the lifter requires 18" of clearance at the back and 5½" on each side of the spa. 

  • Undermount Handrail

    The undermount handrail offers stylish, user‑friendly support for safely entering and exiting the spa, featuring a full 360° swivel that locks in any position for added stability. Its undermount base is secured by the weight of the filled spa, eliminating the need to screw anything into the cabinet. Designed for spas up to 40" tall, it includes a soft blue battery‑powered LED light on the interior curve of the rail for improved visibility. Finished in an attractive carbon‑gray, durable powder‑coated surface, this handrail provides long‑lasting performance and dependable ease of use.

    We do not install undermount style lifters, these are self install ONLY. 

  • Measurement Section

    Enter all required measurements for your selected cover shape. Measure spa directly - not the old cover for the most accurate measurements. Refer to diagram or instructions as needed. For in between measurements, Alpine Spa Covers wil round UP to the next half inch, and round DOWN to the nearest full inch. For any spas that do not match a shape below, oversized covers over 8'x8', 3-Fold, Swim Spa, etc. covers are by quote only.   • Square corners have no roundness/curve to them at all. Corners are a hard 90 degree angle like in the diagram. If your spa's corners do not look like this, you must choose 'Square/Rectangle w/ Rounded Corners'.

This Custom Order Form must be completed in full.

    -COVER INCLUDES: Reinforced center hinge; two reinforced 5-layer Integrated Handles; full-length insulating baffle foam; double-width metal center C-channel for added strength; 4 reinforced Cover Locks & Keys & Straps; 3 drain holes on the interior; expanded polystyerene insulating foam cores made of virgin foam (no recycled material); 4-mil vapor barrier wrap.

    -Silver Series has a 2-year warranty for part only and no labor; Gold Series has a 3-year warranty for part only and no labor.

    -Warranty on all covers is handled directly through the manufacturer and is for part only; no labor, delivery nor freight coverage. In the event of a warranty claim, the warranty does not restart.

    -Please save your receipt, cover box/wrapping, and the paperwork inside the box/wrapping explaining the warranty/care instructions.

    -Measurements/Cover Specifications completed by Spa Owner: Spa Owner assumes all responsibilities for providing correct specifications.

    -WARNING MANUAL SAFETY SPA COVER: Avoid drowning risk. Failure to follow all instructions may result in injury or drowning. Non-secured or improperly secured covers are a hazard. Keep cover on spa/hot tub and locked when not in use. Spa covers are not safety covers; children and pets must be supervised at all times.
