The CBCF sit-down banquet will be held in the Chateau Hotel and Conference Center’s ballroom. Saturday evening's banquet marks Route 66's 100th Anniversary, featuring talks from local experts. Plated meals include salad, vegetables, potatoes, rolls, coffee, tea, and dessert. * Special dietary requirements may be accommodated with a minimum of two weeks’ advance notice. Please use the Comments Section for requests. * For detailed meal descriptions, refer to the website.
