❌ Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within that window are subject to a fee of $50 per scheduled service.

Each client receives 1 courtesy waiver(s) per one year, which can be used to avoid a cancellation fee.

If we do not hear from you within the cancellation/no-show window, the full or partial service fee may be charged.

In cases where a client cancels more than 3 times within one year, a $50 non-refundable deposit may be required for future bookings.
