Samuel B. Johnson Jr. is a devoted husband to Fatuma and father of two sons, Justin and Jemuel. He is a graduated from Bloomfield College (now Bloomfield College of Montclair State University), where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems. He later completed his Master Business Administration Degree in Management Information Systems at St. Peter's College (now St. Peter’s University).
With more than thirty years of experience in Information Technology, Samuel has spent three decades at his current organization serving as a Workplace Analyst. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and is an active member of Calvary Baptist Church in East Orange, NJ where he has served as Chair of the Men’s Ministry, as well as Trustee and Vice Chair of the Trustees Ministry. His greatest pride is being the servant God has called him to be.
In the Masonic jurisdiction, Samuel is an active member of Supreme Council of America & King Hiram Grand Council for nearly twenty years and currently holds the position of Grand Deputy Inspector General of King Hiram Grand Council of New Jersey, also a member of St. John’s Lodge #744, Newark New Jersey. He is deeply committed to community services and mentoring young people. He is also a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Lambda Lambda Sigma Chapter, serving the greater Mercer County, and takes great pride in his legacy—his son, Justin Johnson—who is a also a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Delta Iota Sigma Chapter.
