The camp also has merchandise available to order until June 15th: after you submit your registration the link for the store will be available.

  • Accommodations

    Accommodations

    Our fee schedule bundles meals, services, accommodations, and most activities together for the entire duration of the camp. As our rates are already quite low, we will not make other changes based on missed meals or days. If you are anticipating a late arrival or will require an early check out, please let us know in the box above so we can support you at the office.

  • Accommodation Options:

    Rustic Cabin/Tenting Space. Cost is $200 for the first adult. Each additional adult (aged 12+) is $160 and each additional child (AGED 6-11) is $90 to a family max of $500. Children 5 and under stay free.

    RV Spot. Cost is $250 for the first adult. Each additional adult (aged 12+) is $160 and each additional child (AGED 6-11) is $90 to a family max of $575. Children 5 and under stay free. We have spots with water/sewer/electrical - 30A, as well as some spots with 20A electrical only (no sewer/water).

    Duplex & Family Unit Cabins. Cost is $250 for the first adult. Each additional adult (aged 12+) is $160 and each additional child (AGED 6-11) is $90 to a family max of $575. Children 5 and under stay free. A duplex has one double bed. A family cabin has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. The front room of the family cabin has a futon or couch that can be converted to a sleeping space. We have an extremely limited number of cabins with bathrooms.

    Single Fourplex Cabin. Cost is $200. These units are one-bedroom, single bed/person space. They are newer bulidings, but considerably smaller.

  • Please select your accommodation choice. If payment is not made prior to camp, it is expected in full upon arrival. Cabin assignment preference will be honored first for those who have pre-paid. Please wait for an email with confirmation of accommodation request before sending us payment.
  • If you would like a key to your cabin, we require a $25 refundable deposit, returned when key is returned and cabin is left clean and in good order.*
  • Payment can either be finalized in person at camp OR you can submit the form and send an etransfer to tgccamp@gmail.com Or pay via cheque (payable to "TCMA" or "Trossachs Camp Meeting Association"). Once this registration is received, we will confirm if your requested space is available, and payment can take place after that.*

  • General Release/Waiver

    I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages and all liability for personal injury or property damages which may hereafter occur to myself or those I am registering as a result of participation in TCMA programming. This release is intended to discharge in advance TCMA, its members, employees, volunteers, and agents from liability, even though that liability may arise out of perceived negligence on the part of persons mentioned above. It is understood that some activities involve an element of risk or danger of accidents, and knowing those risks, I hereby assume those risks. It is further understood and agreed that this waiver, release, and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assignees.
