• Date: Saturday, March 21, 2026

• Location: Southlake Mall – The Morrow Center

• Setup: 5:30 AM – 6:45 AM - All vehicles except food trucks should be moved from vendors location by 7:15am

• Registration: 7:00 AM – 7:45 AM

• Walk Time: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM

• Meet & Greet GAPTA Chairs - 9:15am

• Specials guests, Sponsors, Vendors 9:30am -11:30am

• Event concludes no later than 12:30 PM

I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Georgia PTA (GAPTA), event organizers, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and affiliated organizations from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, or losses that may arise from my participation or volunteer service in this event. I acknowledge that this release applies to myself and any minor(s) registered under my name.
