DDSC season will Commence Saturday 2nd May and end with finals on Saturday 29th August.

Full Registration - $120 Per Player ($100 for kangas & Joeys)

* Grades will be allocated depending on a range of circumstances. (DOB, Size & Skills)

* A 14 week soccer competition will run on a Saturday morning 9:30am - 11:30am & Includes a team shirt that is required to be returned at the end of the season

* Kangas & Joeys (Age 4 & 5) run drills, coaching and a small game each Saturday.
A Welcome Pack is Included for FIRST TIME ONLY Kanga & Joey players, which includes socks, shin pads & a little ball. A white shirt with the child's name on the back is required for these players at your own cost. Available for purchase @ Deni Workwear & Uniforms - please contact Paul on 0488 947 498

* Thursday night coaching and training sessions for 12 weeks (This Excludes Kanga & Joeys)

* Registration fee is Capped at four players per family (any further child is FREE Please Contact - Angela Brain on 0408915996 for a second document after you have completed this one for the first 4 players)

Every parent is encouraged to assist with at least one canteen shift or team assistant duty during the season. A ROSTER will be made available to select your preferred duty and date ahead of start of season. Thank you for helping make your children experience the best of the season.

CONSENT DECLARATION

• I acknowledge and agree to the participation of myself or/and my child(ren)/ward(s) in soccer matches and associated training organised by Deniliquin District Soccer Inc. in the full understanding that there is risk of injury whilst participating and that the Deniliquin District Soccer Club Inc. does not directly or indirectly provide any form of player insurance to compensate in any way for player injury. I agree that participation will therefore be at the players own risk.

• I Agree to provide a Working with Children Check number if required under NSW legislation. https://ocg.nsw.gov.au/working-children-check/who-needs-check#section-target-3 (Note: Parents/close relatives are exempt from needing a check for volunteer roles at the club as long as their child usually participates).

• I give permission for the involvement of myself or/and my child(ren)/ward(s), as listed above, in publicity organised for the Deniliquin District Soccer Club.

• I hereby authorise any committee member or official of the Deniliquin District Soccer Club to seek medical assistance including attendance by ambulance for all the players above should the committee member be of the opinion it is required. I agree that any costs incurred as a result will be my responsibility.
• I Allow myself or my child(ren)/ward(s) to be interviewed, photographed and/or filmed by the Deniliquin District Soccer Club or by media organised and supervised by the Deniliquin District Soccer Club.
