Here's how the process works.....

1. Fill out the form below to create your personalized PianoShelf design.

2. Take a picture of the area of your home that you'd like to put the shelf and attach it via the upload button towards the end of the form (so we can create an AI representation of your PianoShelf in your home).

3. Schedule a free, 45-minute consulation using the calendar at the end of the form. During our consultation, we'll review/refine your design, make sure it looks how you want inside your home, discuss customization requests, and finalize the price and delivery timeline.

4. If all the details look good to you, you can sign a brief agreement (so we have all the details agreed to in writing), pay a 25% commissioning deposit (to cover the piano/material purchases for your PianoShelf, secure your place in our production queue, etc.), and sit back while we build your design.

5. While your PianoShelf is being created, you will receive weekly, personalized, video updates so you can enjoy seeing the building progress in real time.

6. Have your finished PianoShelf delivered to you for free (by us personally) with 180-Mile Free Curbside Delivery! (See more details in the shipping/delivery section below.)

7. Enjoy peace of mind through our guarantees:
- 100% Satisfaction Guarantee -- if you aren't completely satisfied with your PianoShelf upon delivery, then you may reject it and not pay anything (above the non-refundable deposit).

  Due to the large & heavy nature of a PianoShelf, we cannot provide free delivery and installation for our customers since every home requires different levels of work (in case there are stairs, tight corners, etc.). However, we do have three delivery/installation options so that you have full flexibility:
  1. Free Curbside Delivery: we personally deliver your PianoShelf to your curb/driveway/end of your property for free if you live within 180 miles of Grandview, WA. You are then responsible for bringing it inside your home & installing it. Delivery is available within the continental US, but if you live outside our 180-mile radius then we'll have to arrange delivery charges for the additional time/mileage.
  2. Delivery + bringing it inside the home: this includes the Free Curbside Delivery and also includes a licensed & insured moving company bringing it inside your home. Cost = the company's cost + a 10% coordination markup.
  3. Delivery + installation: this includes the Free Curbside Delivery, a licensed & insured moving company bringing it inside your home, and a (potentially different) licensed & insured company installing it (i.e. fastening it to the wall). Cost = the companies' cost + a 10% coordination markup.
