Cost for Young Adults Camp is $250 which includes all programming, meals (including evening snack), and accommodation. Canteen will be available for extra costs. Please note that payment is not required at this time. Young Adults are graduated grade 12 to age 27.

You can register below to save a spot, and pay upon arrival at camp. Alternatively - you can etransfer to tgccamp@gmail.com or send a cheque to Box 204, Weyburn, SK, S0G 2J9. The camp also has merchandise available to order until June 15th: after you submit your registration the link for the store will be available.

Are there any dietary or health concerns we should know about?
We cannot guarantee our ability to accommodate every need, particularly without advance notice. Those with severe gluten or lactose concerns may need to supplement their meals. Please feel free to contact the camp directly at tgccamp@gmail.com to discuss concerns further.
Accommodation Options:

Rustic Cabin/Tenting Space. We have motel units which typically have 2 beds, or older family cabins which could accommodate larger groups.

RV Spot. We have spots with water/sewer/electrical - 30A, as well as some spots with 20A electrical only (no sewer/water).

Duplex & Family Unit Cabins. A duplex has one double bed. A family cabin has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. The front room of the family cabin has a futon or couch that can be converted to a sleeping space. We have an extremely limited number of cabins with bathrooms.

Single Fourplex Cabin. These units are one-bedroom, single bed/person space. They are newer bulidings, but considerably smaller.

Dorm Rooms are larger spaces that can accommodate bigger groups up to 12 or 14, perfect for a larger group registering together.

Please let us know any additional information that will help us place you in the best spot for accommodation. If you are planning to stay with a group, list the names of the other people you wish to stay with. A separate registration needs to be done for each person. *Please note that opposite genders will not be put together unless they are married or siblings.*
Specific cabins, tenting, and RV spots will be assigned based on family size, time of registration, health concerns, and length of stay. We will do our best to honor specific requests, but please bear in mind our spaces are limited.

General Release/Waiver

I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages and all liability for personal injury or property damages which may hereafter occur to myself or those I am registering as a result of participation in TCMA programming. This release is intended to discharge in advance TCMA, its members, employees, volunteers, and agents from liability, even though that liability may arise out of perceived negligence on the part of persons mentioned above. It is understood that some activities involve an element of risk or danger of accidents, and knowing those risks, I hereby assume those risks. It is further understood and agreed that this waiver, release, and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assignees.
