For lodging I plan to:
Please Select
Camp on-site for free I have a tent(s)
Camp on-site for free I will need a family size yurt.
Camp on-site for free I will share a 1-4 person yurt.
Pay for/make my own reservation for a RV or tent site at Versailles State Park
Pay for/make my own reservation for a RV or tent site at Clifty Falls State Park
Pay for/make my own reservation for a hotel/vacation rental in Madison (25 min drive)
Pay for/make my own reservation for a hotel/vacation rental in Versailles (15 min drive)
Stay in the Men's Quarters (off site, 15.00 per night, 20 min drive) *this requires pre pay so Leanne can reserve this property while it is still available for our dates*
The tenting experience is highly recommended, but it's not for everyone. We want everyone to be comfortable and have a blessed time. Our ministry has invested in several weather proof yurts that are free to use while supplies last:) (family size 16ft, and 1-4 person 10ft) Please note water and electric are not available . We have an outhouse that will be available near tenting area. If the ground is dry you will be able to park by your tent site. If the ground is wet vehicles will need to stay in the parking lot. We can use the 4 wheeler/trailer to get you set up. Update, we are working to have water and electric in the camp kitchen, and also restrooms available that are better than port pots, this is the plan, hopefully we can get it all done in time:)

Contribute funds and help prepare meals. (75.00 avg cost)
Bring my own food and supplies (camp kitchen and fire pit available- update: water/electric/refrigeration should be available)
Bring my own and help prepare meals for the camp.
Planned menu (food and dessert) items are plant based, unleavened and will be very simple, organic is the goal but not the rule. Some attendees may choose juicing to be sharp/detox. Herbal tea, juicing vegetables, and evening broth will be available. This will be an Open Kitchen, which means we WELCOME anyone to A) use the kitchen for whatever you need, , and B) help in the kitchen with the planned menu. There will also be a camp kitchen (hopefully with water/electric). Children must be attended by parent or older sibling when using tea, broth, juice bar. Note: Attendees can bring whatever food items you are adapted to there is no restrictions [the request] is for items prepared in the kitchen be clean (Leviticus 11) and items shared be plant based AND unleavened during the spring convocation (Leviticus 23).

My plan for Family Fun Day (Tuesday May 5th):
Please Select
Marengo Caves (2hr drive, expect $30 per person)
Ark Encounter (1.5hr drive, expect $50 per person except 10yrs and under are free)
Creation Museum (1hr drive, expect $30 per person except 10yrs and under are free)
Local State Parks (20 min drive, expect $10 per car load)
Please consider researching the options and setting aside funds, some of these are pricy. Sponsor funds can help families that normally would not be able to participate due to the expense. If you would like to offer sponsor funds, or if you might need sponsor funds please don't hesitate to ask, we want your family to participate. Local options can be equally fun and much less stressful with fast drive times and lower cost.

My plan for 5am Prayer Hour
Please Select
I plan to attend this daily if possible
I plan to attend, and I'm willing to share a 5 minute devotional thought if needed
I plan to submit prayer requests but not attend the 5am
The daily 5am prayer hour is the breath of the camp and if you have never joined in united prayer I pray you will experience this at least once. We come from many different walks, and we are far from perfect in understanding. Let us allow patience to have her perfect work. By God's grace there will be MUCH prayer and praying. Let us be a people of prayer, fully dependant on our God to pilot our lives more fully every day.
