Neon Knights Hockey Spring/Summer Tournament Team Interest Form
We are forming Neon Knights 10U, 12U, and 14U Spring/Summer Tournament Teams competing April–August 2026.

The program is planned to include:
• Four tournaments (two Las Vegas events and two travel tournaments)
• Approximately 6–10 total practices throughout the spring and summer

Please note that exact tournament dates and locations are subject to change based on tournament availability, division placement, and registration confirmation.

Travel tournaments are stay-to-play events, which require teams to book hotel rooms through designated room blocks in order to participate. Families will be responsible for travel and lodging expenses and will be required to book within the assigned hotel block to remain eligible to play.

The total player fee is $1,900, which covers tournament entry fees and ice costs.

Payment structure will be:
• $750 non-refundable deposit to secure roster placement
• $650 due April 1
• $500 due June 1

Roster spots are limited and will be confirmed only after deposit is received. Completion of this form does not guarantee placement but allows us to evaluate serious interest, position balance, and tournament availability.
