Checks and cash can be delivered to Mansfield State Historic Site, 15149 Hwy 175, Mansfield, La 71052. Please use this form to submit the registration. Camp dates are July 10-11, 2026 from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM. More details will be sent he week before camp to all participants.

PART IV: CAMP PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
Civil War Kids Camp is an educational, hands-on history camp. Activities may include:
- Historical drills and marching exercises
- Period games and crafts
- Outdoor activities
- Demonstrations of Civil War-era equipment (non-functional replicas)
- Campfire-style storytelling
- Supervised historical reenactment experiences
I understand that participation in camp activities involves some inherent risks associated with outdoor and physical activity.
PART V: LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE
I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the above-named child, hereby:
1. Give permission for my child to participate in Civil War Kids Camp activities.
2. Acknowledge that I understand the nature of camp activities and associated risks.
3. Release and hold harmless the camp organizers, volunteers, instructors, sponsoring organizations, and property owners from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in camp activities, except in cases of gross negligence.
4. Authorize camp staff to seek emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached.
5. Agree to assume financial responsibility for any medical treatment required.
