    The official application for Mythic Mudi to inquire about puppies, litters, or available older dogs. Filling this out does NOT guarantee you placement or replace conversation and relationship building with the breeders, Ellie and Winter. At Mythic we believe in having a close relationship between breeders and buyers. We place all our dogs based on our belief of which applicant would compliment which puppy/dog the best based on our experience and what the applicant is looking for and their goals. Please be as honest about your goals and lifestyle so we can best match you to your perfect dog. Please know that there are no wrong answers, we do not have negative feelings towards balanced trainers, people who work longer hours, etc. We will have additional feedback, questions, or clarification and will reach out privately!

    This section is about your personal information, this is private and will only be used for contract purposes and lifestyle evaluation for Ellie and Winter, the kennel owners and operators.

    This section is to give us a better idea at what you are looking for in your new addition. This gives us a better idea of your goals so we can match you with the puppy or dog that we believe will have the best predisposition to succeed.

  • Section 4: Your Experience

    This section is to go over and see what experience you have with dogs or Mudi! Not having any or not having much or any experience with Mudi or dogs does not bar you from adding a dog from our kennel to your home. We just want to know what level of experience you have to see how much support you may need from us in the future as we add you to our kennel family. Please be as honest as you can through this section to ensure we place the best puppy for you.

  • Section 4: Understanding our Expectations

    This section will go over our expectations as breeders with every one of our placements, no matter if they were born in our home or are being placed as an adult. Many of these points will be in the physical contract that you will sign upon hopefully getting your new addition, however we want to make sure there are no surprises!
  • Do you understand that you are purchasing a dog from Mythic Mudi, this dog is not a rescue but was placed appropriately based on your wants and goals shared?*
  • Do you understand that if, for any reason, you could not or did not want to keep your dog from Mythic for the unforeseeable future the dog is to be returned to Ellie and Winter? *
  • Do you understand the base price (not including transportation, training, or any other potential add-on service) for the new addition you are purchasing? Puppies start at $3000 Adults (1 year+) start at $1500*
  • Do you understand that these prices are subject to change based on the litter pairing or the individual adult? (if you are unsure of the price of a pairing please feel free to ask)*
  • Do you understand that Mythic Mudi does not price their puppies or dogs based on color or pattern?*
  • Do you understand that your new addition will be coming with all the age appropriate vaccines and discussed vetting but that vaccine protocol can vary state-to-state?*
  • Do you understand that no dog that leaves Mythic Mudi is to be bred unless previously discussed before placement? All dogs sold are neutered already or sold on limited registration unless discussed with the breeder.*
  • Do you understand that you will be signing a contract with clear expectations regarding ages to alter, keeping the breeders of Mythic Mudi updated on life with your pet throughout your pets life, and conditions in which we expect your new addition be kept?*
  • Do you understand that there is monetary damages associated with breaking any and all aspects of the contract varying between $3000 and $5000?*
