- Please read and acknowledge the following:
  - Vendor spaces are 12' x 12' outdoor areas.
  - Vendors must provide their own setup materials.
  - Setup begins at 6:30 AM and must be completed by 7:45 AM.
  - Event hours are 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
  - Early breakdown before 2:00 PM is not permitted.
  - Mount Zion Lodge #10 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  - Vendors are responsible for leaving their space clean.
  - In case of inclement weather, the event will move to March 28, 2026.
