  • Donated scholarship funds from last year's CWC&R are divided between those who request it this summer. The funds can help cover registration fee and/or room and board. We'll reach out with your scholarship amount by 6/20.

  • Registration fee

    Registration fee includes all sessions and workshops, dorm snacks and refreshments, and a copy of CLOCKHOUSE Journal Vol. 13.

  • Refunds: While the $110 registration fee is non-refundable, your housing/meals/donation amount can be refunded (minus processing fees) until June 8, 2026.

  • Housing

    There is room for 25 attendees in the Kilpatrick dorm. All dorms are singles, even if they have two beds. Bathrooms are shared, all-gender.

  • Note: There isn't a discount for shared rooms. The Creative Campus charges us per person, not per room, so even if people doubled up, the cost would be the same.

  • Meal options

    Select the meals you'd like to have on campus. There will be vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options at every meal. Prices range from $15 to $23 plus 9% VT tax.
