Pilot Agreement
This agreement outlines the Pilot Production Phase between DTL Agency and Max.

Scope
• Custom animated character
• Custom-created digital environments and scenery
• Animated scene construction
• Maximum runtime: 90 seconds
• Maximum 2 revision rounds

This pilot rate applies per individual video.

Investment
$300 CAD per video

Timeline
Production timeline begins once:

• Payment is received
• Final music file or educational outline is submitted
• This form is completed

Estimated turnaround: 2 - 7 business days per video.

Intellectual Property
Upon final payment:

• Max retains full commercial usage rights for YouTube and course distribution.
• DTL retains the right to display excerpts for portfolio and promotional purposes.

Monetization Notice
DTL is not responsible for:

• YouTube monetization approval
• Algorithm performance
• Copyright claims on music provided by client

Scope Protection
The following are NOT included:

• Videos longer than 90 seconds
• Major character redesign after approval
• Advanced 3D or high-complexity animation
• Additional revisions beyond 2 rounds
