The following information will be used for insurance purposes. However, said insurance does not relieve any rider from personal liability for his or her negligent acts. Due care should be taken at all times to protect the public, fellow riders and the individual rider. The Jugs Social Club, Inc./Krewe of NOMTOC reserves the right to subrogate any insurance claim against the person giving rise to said claim. This form is not valid if not signed by the float rider or guardian of minor age rider! ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO THIS ORGANIZATION ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. CANCELLATION OF THE PARADE BY THE CITY OF NEW ORLEANS OR DUE TO UNSAFE WEATHER CONDITIONS DOES NOT GIVE RISE TO A REFUND.

I, the undersigned, agree and do hereby release THE KREWE OF NOMTOC, PFJ FLOAT BUILDERS, dba KREWE OF KING ARTHUR, AND THE CITY OF NEW ORLEANS, their representatives, employees, officers and volunteers from any liability for the injury or harm to myself that may occur as a result of my participation in the Mardi Gras Parade. I have been informed of all necessary safety precautions and I have been advised that there can be NO guarantee that my participation in the Parade is entirely risk free. I therefore agree to assume the risk of any injury that I might sustain. I also understand the need for and agree to wear the positioning safety device (harness), selected by the Krewe of NOMTOC, at all times while participating in the parade. I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to ask questions concerning safety precautions to be taken during the parade and that these questions have been answered to my satisfaction. WHEREFORE said member of NOMTOC hereby agrees that it has been explained to him/her all rules and regulations governing behavior and hereby agrees to follow these rules and regulations. In consideration of acceptance as a Member, I assume all risks associated with participation in the parade and associated activities and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the KREWE OF NOMTOC, KREWE OF KING ARTHUR, AND THE CITY OF NEW ORLEANS, its officers and directors, employees, agents and members from any and all damages or losses sustained by me as a result of my participation in the parade and related activities.

I have read this document, or it has been read and explained to me and I understand fully and completely all of the terms and provisions hereof.

***NOTE*** If you are signing up more than one rider, please do not use the same email address. Each adult rider will need their own e-mail address for payment purposes. 

1. RIDE FEE FOR 2027 PARADE IS $700-NOT INCLUDING SAFETY HARNESS, DISCOUNTED TO $650 IF PAID BEFORE 07/31/26.

3. A MINIMUM DEPOSIT OF $200.00 IS REQUIRED WITH THIS APPLICATION - Billed Electronically. All payments are made electronically with no payments accepted at the Jugs Clubhouse. 1905 Newton St.!

   2. STANDARD RIDE FEE $700 - PAID IN FULL BY 8/31/2026
   3. FAILURE TO PAY THE $200 DEPOSIT WILL VOID THE APPLICATION

5. A (FULLY) COMPLETED ONLINE APPLICATION IS MANDATORY. PARTIALLY COMPLETED APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

6. ALL MEMBERSHIP FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE TO ENTITLE RIDER TO THE DISCOUNT.
7. NO SPEARS (NOMTOC Regulation)
8. RIDERS MUST REMAIN IN COSTUME WITH MASKS ON AT ALL TIMES. REMOVAL OF MASKS MAY RESULT IN FINES AND/OR SUSPENSION OF RIDER. (THE CITY'S MARDI GRAS ORDINANCE MANDATES RIDERS TO BE MASKED AT ALL TIMES WHICH MAKES IT ILLEGAL OTHERWISE)
9. GLASS CONTAINERS ARE PROHIBITED ON FLOATS.
10. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ON THE FLOATS.
11. THE APPROVED SAFETY HARNESS MUST BE WORN AND ATTACHED TO THE EYE-BOLT AT ALL TIMES.
12. MY SIGNATURE BELOW INDICATES THAT I HAVE READ AND WILL ABIDE BY THE RULES ESTABLISHED BY THE KREWE OF NOMTOC.
