*Regular lodging is one bed in a double room $43 per night plus $5 key card.
- You will have a roommate by your request or as assigned by lot. If you are bringing helpers that want to room together and pay at the same time, choose Double Occupancy.
***Double Occupancy is both beds. $86 per night plus two $5 key cards
- These rooms are intended for vendors and helpers.
If you need more than 2 beds, please call us at 406-610-2821. We will take your reservation info and bill you for those beds.

The submission of this form makes a reservation for the type of room selected in the form. Any changes prior the scheduled occupancy should be communicated to us at least 24 hours prior, which may be subject to availability of request.

Check-in time shall be at 2:00PM and checkout time shall be at 12:00NN.
You may register and pay for pre-conference classes without attending the main conference. Please use the main Conference form to register for any classes.

All Day Parking pass:

$10 per day, Monday - Friday.

Hourly Parking:
Monday -Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm at $1.25 per hour.

NOTE: Parking Passes are not needed for Saturday and Sunday

extra passes might be needed for trailer parking, we will try to get that information to you.

We have been told the best place to park trailers is on the upper floor of the parking garage directly South of the University center. The access is off of campus Drive and there's plenty of room to turn around and to be able to take up two spaces if they need on that top floor.

The loading unloading area is on the east side of the University center building with ramps and elevators. Vendors will be provided with maps and instructions.
