CLIENT ONBOARDING & CREDIT REPAIR SERVICES AGREEMENT
This Agreement is entered into on the date of signing by and between the Client &:
East Texas Credit Solutions (“Company”)
1. Purpose of Agreement
This Agreement establishes the official onboarding of the Client into East Texas Credit Solutions and authorizes the Company to provide credit education, credit analysis, dispute processing assistance, and consumer advocacy services.
This Agreement includes client onboarding, intake, authorization, and service terms.
2. Client Onboarding Process
By signing this Agreement, the Client consents to the onboarding process, which includes:
- Client intake and information verification
- Identity verification
- Credit report review and analysis
- Account setup and file creation
- Dispute strategy development
- Client education
- Service activation
- CRM and system enrollment
- Communication setup
- Compliance documentation
- Account monitoring preparation
Onboarding is required before any services begin.
3. Scope of Services
Services may include, but are not limited to:
1.Credit report analysis
2.Identification of inaccurate, unverifiable, outdated, or incomplete items
3.Preparation and submission of dispute correspondence
4.Follow-up dispute processing
5.Creditor and bureau communications
6.Credit education
7.Financial literacy guidance
8.Long-term credit improvement strategy
No results are guaranteed.
4. Duration of Service
This Agreement is for an estimated service period not to exceed 180 days, in accordance with Texas state law. If services are required beyond this period, a new written agreement must be executed. Payments are for administrative services, onboarding, processing, and service work. No payment guarantees results.
5. No Guarantee of Results
The Client understands that:
1.Credit score increases are not guaranteed
2.Deletions are not guaranteed
3.Approvals are not guaranteed
4.Outcomes depend on third-party verification
5.Timelines vary based on creditor and bureau responses
6. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
1.Provide truthful and accurate information
2.Submit required onboarding documents
3.Cooperate with verification processes
4.Notify Company of direct creditor communications
5.Maintain updated contact information
6.Follow credit guidance provided
7. Authorization to Act
Client authorizes East Texas Credit Solutions to:
1.Act as a third-party representative
2.Prepare and submit disputes
3.Communicate with credit bureaus and creditors
4.Process dispute documentation
5.Submit correspondence on Client’s behalf
8. Right to Cancel
Client has the right to cancel within three (3) business days of signing this Agreement without penalty or obligation.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, are governed by Company policy and applicable Texas law. Administrative, onboarding, and processing fees may be non-refundable once services begin.
10. No Legal Services
The Company is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for:
1.Creditor actions
2.Bureau verification responses
3.Score changes
4.Investigation outcomes
5.Third-party delays
6.Reporting timelines
12. Compliance with Law
This Agreement complies with:
Texas Finance Code Chapter 393
Federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)
Applicable state and federal consumer protection laws
13. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior communications.
Client Intake & Authorization Certification
By signing below, Client certifies that all intake information provided is accurate and authorizes East Texas Credit Solutions to use this information for onboarding, dispute processing, and service delivery.
